  • Our “Grievance Redressal Mechanism can be described as it is:

    • On receipt of an Consumer Grievance through the channels listed above.
      • The consumer will be notified of the resolution to their complaint in the 48 (Forty-Eight) hours by either a phone call or email, or SMS.
      • The consumer will receive an automated “Unique ID” to track the status of their grievance
    • “Consumer Care” and “Grievance Officer” will make efforts to settle the complaint as quickly as possible within the timeframe as specified by the applicable laws.
    • A Grievance is regarded as being disposed-off and closed in any of the following situations which include:
      • When a consumer is informed by the Consumer Care/Greevance Officer, or any other person connected to the website, and provides solutions to the grievance
