1. We allow 7 days of free returns after the day of delivery. We also allow another 5-7 days for returning the product(s) to arrive at our warehouse. We also offer reverse pickup services. A reverse shipment fee that is Rs.100 will be removed when refunding for each purchase, regardless of the number of items included in the purchase. If an order has more than one item, only one reduction in the amount of 100 rupees will be taken on the entire order, not per clothing item.
  2. Pick-up is attempted two times. In the event that the company is not able to deliver the package. The customer will be required to return the package back to the address provided by the company. Reverse Pick-Up is dependent on whether the facility is available within your region’s pin code.
  3. For COD purchases the store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days of the date of pickup to your email address or contact number that you have registered with.
  4. Return the product with the exact same conditions in which they were shipped. If the items are returned in bad condition or have clearly been worn, a reimbursement will not be given.
  5. 7 days for the refund to be processed, and for the amount to appear on your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS/BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS/ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  6. When you pay using the COD option, you will result in a credit to your store in the same amount as the amount that you paid and is available at any time.
  7. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
